Return Policy

We’re bummed things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: we accept returns within 15 days of delivery date (AKA the date listed on your tracking confirmation), less any shipping costs.  Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and with original tags still attached.

Returns received after 15 days but within 30 days of delivery date, will be issued store credit only.  After 30 days from delivery date, no return or exchange will be accepted.  We will NOT ship back to you if received after 30 days.

Movida Boutique is not responsible for return postage fees or lost returns.

ALL SALES FINAL ON:   jewelry, sale items and any other items marked as “Final Sale”

Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping costs.

In-Store Returns

Online purchases can be brought in-store for a refund or exchange.  You must have your order receipt for a refund or an exchange.   Same online return policy applies.

Refunds and Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
