Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ONLINE order, please return items (via mail) within 15 days of ship date, or in-store within 15 DAYS of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
Please return store purchased merchandise to our store location within 7 days of purchase to receive refund or within 15 days of purchase to receive exchange or store credit.

• Must not have been worn or show signs of usage
• No Cash refunds
• All Sale items are final
In Store- Returns/Exchanges for online orders
Merchandise purchased online may be returned or exchanged at our Movida store location. For ONLINE orders only:
• Must be within 15 days of receipt for full refund
• Must be within 15 days of receipt for exchange or store credit
• Must have original receipt and physical credit card must be present for a refund
Mail In – Returns
Refunds
1. Please fill out the enclosed Return Form completely and keep a copy for your records.
2. Securely package the new, unworn item(s) with tags attached along with the completed Return Form and the ORIGINAL receipt (must be within 15 days of ship date). You may use the original box for the return shipment.
3. We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Movida is not responsible for lost return shipment

5. The return will be refunded to the original form of payment used for purchase. Allow 1-2 weeks from the shipping date for the account to be credited.
6. Please note: When returning by mail, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges
1. Please fill out the enclosed Return Form and select the Exchange option. Keep a copy for your records
2. Securely package the new, unworn items(s) with tags attached along with the completed Return Form and the ORIGINAL receipt (must be within 15 days of ship date). You may use the original box for the return shipment.
3. We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Movida is not responsible for lost return shipment

5. We will ship the in-stock item to you immediately. If there is a price difference we will charge your card or issue a refund.
6. Please note: When returning to a store or by mail, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. If the exchange was due to our mistake we will refund you the shipping amount, with the shipping receipt
Store Credit
1. Please fill out the enclosed Return Form and select the Store Credit option. Keep a copy for your responsible for lost return shipment
2. Securely package the new, unworn items(s) with tags attached along with the completed Return Form and the ORIGINAL receipt (must be within 15 days of ship date). You may use the original box for the return shipment.

5. A store credit will be issued and sent to your billing address within 14 business days upon receipt. Please do not lose the store credit, it can not be replaced.
