If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@shopmovida.com  WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DATE OF ARRIVAL to request an free return label.

Please note the following:

  • Returns are only accepted on regular priced styles. Sale items and accessories are final sale.
  • Once you receive your return label, it is only good for 2 business days. We can not offer another one.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, with original tags still attached
  • Original invoice must be included in your return package.
  • Sale Items and accessories are FINAL SALE
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for return processing.
  • Any returns past the policy will not be accepted

 

SHIPPING

Free Shipping – We are currently offering free USPS standard shipping for any order within the United States. Packages usually arrive within 2-5 business days (does not include pre-orders). We will email you tracking information, for you to track status.

**IMPORTANT**

  • Please confirm your shipping address before you submit your order!!!! We are not responsible if you enter the wrong address.
  • ShopMovida is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please let us know within 2 days of receiving so we can submit a claim to post office.
