Please take your time in selecting your purchase and please email us with any questions about styles or sizing.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS.  WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS AT THIS TIME.

OTHER RETURN INFORMATION:

  • Sale items and accessories are final sale
  • We do not send return labels
  • Store credit will not include any shipping costs
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, tags must remain attached
  • Allow 3-4 days to process return and apply store credit
  • All returns must be sent back to us within 21 days of the day you received it

If you would like to return a style, please email us your return info to hello@shopmovida.com On email please state which items you will be shipping back. Items must be returned within 21 DAYS of date you received order, to receive a full store credit.

Free Shipping – We are currently offering free USPS standard shipping for any order over $50 within the United States . Packages usually arrive within 2-5 business days (does not include pre-orders). We will email you tracking information, for you to track status.

Standard Shipping$4 flat fee for purchases under $50.
