If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at

hello@shopmovida.com within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. On email please state which items you will be shipping back. Items must be returned within 15 DAYS of date you received order, to receive a full refund.

  • Returns/refunds are only accepted on regular priced styles. Sale items and accessories are final sale.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, with original tags still attached.
  • Sale Items and accessories are FINAL SALE!
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for return processing.
  • We are not responsible for lost or missing packages, therefore please track your return.
  • NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES will be accepted after 15 days of the date order was received.

Free Shipping – We are currently offering free USPS standard shipping for any order within the United States. Packages usually arrive within 2-5 business days (does not include pre-orders). We will email you tracking information, for you to track status.
